HI, I'M CLAIRE.

Wife. Mom. Friend. Coach. Author. Expat.

In 2009, my husband and I took a leap of faith and moved our family abroad for a two-year contract to further his career. Nearly fourteen years later we’re on our fifth international assignment.

A lot of people classify women like me as a ‘trailing spouse’.

I’ll let you in on a little secret… I’ve never trailed anyone.

So, do me a favor and erase that term from your vocabulary and replace it with badASS – Accompanying Supportive Spouse.

Expat life continually tests my resiliency and pushes me out of my comfort zone.

I've learned (or at least attempted to learn) multiple languages, I've conquered driving on the other side of the road, and I've rebuilt my community time and time again.

It's never easy, but my happiness has always been worth the effort.

TELL ME THE TRUTH

• Does it feel like expat life is getting the best of you?

• Are you tired of shapeshifting to fit in, and just want to be the real authentic version of you?

• Is it time to take back your confidence from the mean girl in your head?

• Does it feel like your days are stuck on repeat?

• Are you too busy being everything to everyone and can’t find time for yourself?

• Do you have a hard time answering the question – What makes me tick?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I bet you’re ready to step into the world as the most badass version of yourself – someone that lives a fulfilling and intentional life.

Working with me can boost your confidence, gain clarity, help uncover who the hell you are today and design a life that’s better than fine.

WHY I DO IT...

I was drawn to coaching expat accompanying spouses because they are my people.

During my 13 years of being a badass, I've dealt with being lonely in a foreign country wishing I had my favorite food and best friend to help me battle through the challenges expat life dishes out.

Over the years I've dealt with identity issues, confidence loss and resentment – and I want other badasses to know they are not alone. I used to think it was just “normal” but that’s bullshit.

Why feel this way when you can feel like a badass?

Are you ready to make shift happen? Not sure, yet? Why not book a FREE 30 minute call to discuss what it's like to work with me?
